Upon joining as a Grade ‘O’ Officer, the total annual CTC (Cost to Company) ranges from ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh (Class A city)  depending on the city of posting.

Annual salary increment is based on performance and other criteria as per IDBI Bank norms.

Employees will be enrolled under the IDBI Bank New Pension Scheme (IBLNPS) as per the 2011 rules, updated from time to time.
